Whenever editing existing, or creating new questions, the Question Card form is presented, offering (most of) the following fields:
Mandatory. A value must be entered when creating the question.
Note: The field can be updated as long as an answer hasn't been added.
- From discipline
Mandatory. A value must be selected from the drop-down.
The field can be updated.
- To disciplines
- Answer Due Date
Optional, but can be set mandatory.
Note: The field can be updated as long as the Date answered field hasn't been set.
- Date answered
Optional. When given a value, the question is answered and will appear with a green status.
In addition, the following functions can be performed:
- Save changes
Make the desired changes to the fields on the question card and click the SAVE button.
- Answer the question
Fill in your answer in the designated answer field
- Move the question
In the Save and move to pane, you can click a step in the workflow to save your changes and/or move the question card to that step.
- Add links
Click the ADD LINK button to search for files and entries you want to add as links
- Add attachments
The Attachments section shows the current number of files attached to the question card.
Click the ADD ATTACHMENT button to upload a file from your file system. You can also drag&drop files into the Attachments section of the question card.
- Download attachments and links
Click the desired file name to download the file.
- Delete attachments and links
Click the trash can icon in front of the attachment you want to delete and confirm deletion.
- Add comments
The Comments section shows the current number of comments related to the question.
Type your comment and click the ADD button to save it.
Note: Once added, comments cannot be deleted.
