After placing a checklist on the drawing either via the home page or the drawing itself its time to fill out the checklist.
Double tap the checklist to open it. When inside you can see all the checkpoints and in some cases you see the signature section on top. The signature section on top is to be filled out when the checklist is done. Check with your Unizite admin who's responsibility it is to sign these checklists.
Every checkpoint has three options. You either press: OK, Issue or NA.
OK is for when the checkpoint is completed without problems. After this is pressed you get the option to either take a picture or leave a comment. Pressing the picture icon opens an issue menu. To se how to register data here press this Link. Pressing the comment icon opens a text menu where you can leave a comment.
Issue is for when there is something that is keeping you from completing the checklist. After pressing this it lets you choose a category for the issue in the same way as in Issues. After this has been chosen it opens a issue menu that's almost identical as the "Issue" menu. See the linked article to learn how to define the checklist issue.
NA stands for Not Applicable and removes that checkpoint from the checklist you are currently editing.
Some checkpoints can be equipped with information regarding the checkpoint. Such as standards or a guide on how to complete the task. Press the checkpoint itself to see this information as it takes you to another view.
On the top of the checklist there is a table that lets you see how many checkpoints are okay on the list and how many issues there are.
