How to find a drawing?
A drawing can be found by pressing the folder icon at the bottom right of the screen. As a user, you will get a list view of all available drawings. To find a specific drawing, you can either browse the list view or search for the drawing in the search field.
Click on the drawing name to enter the drawing.
(NOTE! The drawing must be downloaded before you go out on the construction site if you do not want to use mobile data, see chapter further down)
How to filter out registrations on a drawing?
By using the filter button in the header, you can choose which registrations should be displayed on the drawing. You choose to hide/show certain registration types by pressing the icon on the right.
After each registration, you get the following options:
- Hidden symbols
This shows all closed symbols in addition to the ones you already see in the drawing - Assigned to me
Only shows all registrations that you are responsible for following up.
- Created by me
Shows only those you have created yourself.
How to download a drawing?
You can either choose to download before you go to the workplace, or at the workplace itself.
Before you go to the construction site
If you want to have the drawings ready before you are without internet coverage, or to save mobile data usage, then:
- Go to drawings in the app and find the specific sub-project you will be working on.
- You can either download the entire subproject by clicking the download button after the subproject name, or go down to a specific drawing in the subproject and download.
At the construction site
If you have WiFi at the workplace, or have coverage on the mobile network, you can choose to download drawings while you are at the construction site. When entering one of the drawings, you will be asked if you want to download the drawing and it will become available.
