A report presents selected data on objects in an organized manner for different types of documents. The reports are created as word files. Reports use predefined templates added to the project by the administrator.
Which template you should use can often be determined from the name of the template (if the administrator did his job).
What you need to keep track of when you are going to create one report is whether the information for an object is to be presented one object per Page or Repeating, after each other. And what sort order it should be presented in. A bookmark is often saved specifically for reporting as you can save filtering, sorting, etc. in these, which makes reporting quick and easy for many. Some report types can be sorted using code in the template that is created.
When several objects are to be reported, they are always presented in one document. Interaxo BIM Data cannot automatically create individual documents for individual objects. Can of course be created manually.
There are three different report types to create. Standard report, Report including changes and changelog. Each report type needs a special template.
Report produces the information as described in the template.
Report including changes produces the information as described in the template but with changes shown between two snapshots in a different style that can be defined in the report dialog. Keep in mind that snapshots must be made manually to be able to report changes made to all properties.
Changelog shows only those objects and the data that have changed between two snapshots. Sorting data as it is on Data grid. Objects without values on sorted parameter are listed last in the Changelog. Keep in mind that snapshots must be made manually to be able to report changes made to all properties.

After you sorted your Grid, click on "Create" in the top menu and then "Report".
Then select "Changelog" under 'Report type'.
Changelog is divided into two parts, where you first choose a pre-created Bookmark that will be the basis for the data to be compared between two snapshots. The columns with parameters that are in your Bookmark are the parameters that are checked if they have been changed and reported.
