Data grid
When working in the Data Grid you can see that each row has a color. This color represent the Object's State. In Interaxo BIM Data an object can have one of four states.
- Grey represent an unchanged state
- Green means that the object is new
- Yellow represent a changed object
- Expired means that the object is deleted in the model
All of these states are related to the model and the synchronization process. States are assigned to an object when they are synched. For example, the first time a model is synched in the project all rows would be green since everything is new. If the model where to be synced again a second time directly after the first one has finished and no changes were done to the model all rows would then be Grey to indicate their unchanged state.
Updated objects are objects that have had their data or relations changed since the previous model synchronization. Note that it is only the state of the objects model data that will affect this and changes to parameters that are disabled (so not part of the model synchronization) will not have an impact on this state.
For more information about expired objects look here.
Synchronization logs
In the project dashboard and overview you can find a sync log that contain information about the synchronizations in the project. By clicking the small information icon you can also find summaries of how many objects the sync included and their states.
To keep Interaxo BIM Data up to date we do recommend to do full syncs of the model regularly so that the state of each object reflect the latest state of the model.
