What is Interaxo Project’s new change management process?
And how does it differ from today’s blue-folder workflow?
Tribia is introducing a new and improved user interface in Interaxo Project that gives you significantly better control and overview of all project processes.
Key Improvements
New and modern UI: Improved user experience and easier navigation.
Fixed structure and values: Enables smarter aggregation and filtering of change notifications.
BIM and Map at the center: Tight integration with the location viewer provides visual context directly in the workflow. You can also trace your change notifications back in the viewer.
Comprehensive overview: View status, location, and condition of all issues across the entire project/contracts – all in a single view.
Follow these steps to log in and access change process management in Interaxo Project:
Go to Tribia’s homepage – Open your browser and go to www.Interaxo.com.
Log in – Click the "Log in" button at the top right of the page.

Choose product – After logging in, you'll see a list of products available to you. Select Interaxo Project.
Enter your credentials – Log in with your regular username and password.
Navigate to the desired area – Go to the room in the project where you want to work.

Open Process Management – In the left-hand menu, click on the Interaxo Project (Beta) tab.
After step 6, a new window will open in your browser. Here, you'll see a complete list view of all ongoing change notifications / change requests (across contracts) for the selected workspace. The content is determined by your access rights and the permissions set for the project.
