Create new project
First of all, you have to set the project name and chose which Project Template to use for the project. The Project Template holds: checklists, issues, user groups, notifications and reports that are pre-configured for your company.
When the project is created based on a Project Template, please follow these steps to complete the setup:

Define which subprojects where drawing position is NOT mandatory
- Do this by downloading: $Kalender.pdf
- Upload the same fil under "Drawings" within the subproject
- Typically there's a sub project for HSSEs and Incidents where drawing position is not used

Add user groups
- Create user groups for project
- Set permissions for user groups
- Tag which groups to be displayed in the responsible lists
