New Features and Improvements

Log files and support

• We made it easier to collect log files and request support help if you have any trouble with our DTC. When you Contact Help Center for support we will now

• • Collect all relevant log files that support will need to assist you with your issues
  • Select when the relevant issues have occurred either today, 3, 5 or 7 days ago and it will zip all those files for you

• • Describe your issue in the support ticket and add the zipped log files to the attachments at the bottom of the schema 

• We have improved the error messages for unlinking models in Revit

Revit 2024

• Interaxo BIM Data now has support for the latest Autodesk Revit version: 2024

Bug fixes

Place Rooms

• Fixed an issue where “Place rooms” form remains frozen after loading a large number of rooms and returns an error in Revit

Logout

• Fixed an issue where logout could cause the design tool program to crash

Archicad

• Fixed an issue where curtain wall objects synced from Archicad were not shown in the 3D

Simplebim

• Fixed a bug where it was impossible to export geometry to IX BIM Data from models that does not contain levels
