New Features and Improvements

Status Board - Deliveries

• Define your data delivery needs in Interaxo BIM Data ✅
  • Deliveries include when, who and what BIM data should be delivered in a project. To support these, we have made changes to several parts of Interaxo BIM Data
    • Object detail - Indicators show parameters that are your user group’s responsibility to fill out as part of the delivery 
    • Status board - A delivery summary has been added to quickly get an overview of a card’s delivery progression
    • Delivery - New page where Deliveries can be created and managed

Permission

• Some permission settings for project level permissions have changed
  • View worktable data and edit data (both for all model data), view parameter groups and edit parameter groups all work as toggles for each model and parameter group in the project.
    • Example: Enabling View parameter groups grants the user group access to all parameter groups. Disabling it removes that access, and users will only see parameters in the General parameter group.
  • Hierarchy/precedence (new behavior): Project-level toggles are a baseline. If a project-level toggle is turned ON, users get access by default—but you can now remove access for specific models/parameter groups by turning them OFF at the model/parameter group level. In other words, lower-level settings can restrict the project level toggle grants.
  • This will be reflected in an indeterminate state for the project-level setting to reflect that the user group does not have full access

• Important: This may change access for some users. Previously, enabling View/Edit parameter groups at the project level effectively granted access to all parameter groups, even if you tried to restrict access at the individual parameter-group level. With the new behavior, those restrictions are now respected—so users may lose access to groups that were previously (and unintentionally) visible/editable.

Bug fixes

Synchronization

• Fixed an issue where syncs could get stuck due to the error log becoming too large

Permission

• Fixed an issue where a user could edit value list items without having edit permissions
• Fixed an issue where users with low permission settings could delete reports, report templates, snapshots and images

Reporting

• Datetime formatting was aligned across changelogs and reports including changes when displaying when Snapshots were taken
• Fixed a bug where Comments and Quantities on Room Objects would not be properly marked as deleted/removed in Reports including changes

Parameter groups and Items

• The columns in the item list are now sorted. The leading value will always be the first column.

Data grid

• Resetting the grid filter will now work also when the data grid has grouped columns
