This article gives you an introduction to the pages where you work with simple registrations and checklists.

In the list view, the user can easily search, sort or filter among all available parameters that a registration or checklist contains. The user can choose which information should be visible by showing/hiding columns. These changes will be saved as the user's display to ensure that you always have the most relevant data available at all times. The adaptations are only lost if the user switches to another project or browser. Based on the columns displayed in the list view, separate filter groups can be created which can be used to generate the content of reports.
Manage existing filters
At the top right, the user can look through saved filter groups (personal filter) and delete those that are no longer relevant.
The list view
What functions are available in the list view:
(Described from top to bottom / left to right)

New Can be used to create a new registration with or without drawing location.
- Update Update the status and content of the registrations.

Delete filter To remove filter that you have done in list view. The display is reset

If deactivated Here you can bring up all registrations or checklists that have been disabled.

Save filter When you have made a series of filters and you want to save the filters for later
or used in reports. Press "save filter" to keep the settings as has been done. The
filters can be found again at the top right of the page, below "saved filter".

Column title In each column title you can do the following:

- Select one or more value.

Sort alphabetically or in ascending/descending order.

Edit By pressing the edit icon you can make changes to selected record or checklist.
The changes will automatically become visible in the list view after you have
pressed save.

Deactivate Trash icon allows to disable registrations. They can be found again by pressing
"if disabled".

Scroll in list view You can choose to go one page forward or back. Optionally go to first or last
page using the arrows at the bottom left.

Number of views You can decide whether each page should show 5, 10, 25 or all registrations per
page.
How to create registrations in the WEB - solution
Registration creation at WEB can be done in 2 different places. From the "Drawing folder" or from the "Issue and checklists" tab. This user guide will take you through the different ways.
Note! In order to create registrations on the web, the user need access to this feature.
Contact support or consulting to set this up for your projects.
Note 2! All types of registration can be created on the web solution except for those associated with customer information or addons. This applies, for example, to the modules final inspection, preliminary inspection, handover, 1st annual inspection and addons. These can be seen in the drawing on the web, but must be created/edited in the APP.
Registration through the drawing folder
- Log in to IX Field WEB.
- Select Project. (Users who only have access to one project can disregard this step)
- Select the folder (subproject) that contains the correct drawing.
- Find the drawing in the list view on which you want to place a recorder.
- Under the column actions you will see an "eye - symbol". Click on the symbol to open the drawing.
(The user will now have the drawing displayed in a separate window) - At the top right, you will see a "+ sign". It symbolizes that you want to register something in the drawing. Tap the "+ sign". Move the mouse pointer to the desired location on the drawing. Left-clicking with the mouse confirms the location.
Option 2: Instead of pressing "+ sign" in the upper right corner of the screen, you can immediately move the mouse pointer to the desired location and press the right mouse key at the desired position. Then "+ sign" will appear on the screen. Tap "+ sign". - Choose the type of registration you want.
- Follow workflows for each registration type (can vary whether it's a simple signup or checklist).
- To fill out the registration in more detail. Return to the registration and double-click with the left mouse pointer or press the edit button (pencil).
- Click "save" to confirm the changes made to the registration.
- If you have finished making registrations, the drawing window can be closed with the "x - button" in the upper right corner.
NOTE! If you make a change of location / rotation on a registration, the new location / rotation must be saved. This can be done in the following way:
- There is a save button to the right of the "+ sign". You will be notified if there are unsaved changes when you leave the drawing window, but it is important that you save continuously when you change position.
- Open the registration on which you have made a placement or rotation change. The new position will then be automatically saved.
Registration through "Issues and Checklists" - tab
- Log in to IX Field WEB.
- Select Project. (Users who only have access to one project can disregard this step)
- Select the folder (subproject).
- Go to the Issues and Checklist tab.
- To the left of the search bar you will see a "+ sign". It symbolizes that you want to register something in the drawing. Click the "+ sign".
- Here you get an overview of which registrations can be created with or without drawing location.

Follow the workflow for each individual registration type (may vary if it is a simple registration or checklist, with or without drawing placement)

With drawing location:
- Select the drawing you want to place registrations on.

Without drawing location:
- Select the desired registration type.
- Follow the workflow for each individual registration type (may vary if it is a simple registration or checklist)
- Find back to the registration in the list view to add / change content in the registration.
