3.0 Main overview after login
When you have logged in, you arrive at the main page in Interaxo Capture web. From here, you can start working directly in your project.
3.1 Top menu
In the top right you will find:
- Username/profile menu (for example to log out or see account information)
In the top left you will find:
- Switch Workspace (project) or Area
3.2 Side menu
On the side you will find the menu used to:
- Go to other modules such as Interaxo Project, Interaxo Insights or Location.
- Access the main navigation for registration types.
- The menu is divided into sections, one for Inspections and one for Registrations.
- Under each section you will find one or more of each type, for example:
- Inspection Survey (for inspections/site walks)
- Documentation or Documentation Inspection …
By clicking a registration type in the left‑hand menu, you decide which content is shown in the workspace in the middle. You can switch between inspections and documentation at any time by choosing another registration type in the menu.
Note! Which tabs and functions are shown in the user interface on the left side depends on which access rights and permissions you have, as well as which agreement your employer has with Interaxo.
3.3 Workspace
The workspace is the main area in the middle of the screen. The content here changes depending on which registration type you have selected in the left‑hand menu (for example inspections or documentation), and how this has been configured in your project.
In the workspace you will find all registrations that have been created for the selected registration type. This is the main place where you continue working with the registrations. For more detailed training on the workspace, see section 6.0 Functionality in the workspace.
4.0 Project list – finding the right project
The project list shows all projects (workspaces) you have access to within the selected area.
In the project list you can usually see:
- Project name
- Which area the project belongs to (if you are using areas)
To open a project:
- Find the project you want to open in the project list.
- Click the project name to open the project.
Tip: If you cannot find the project you are looking for, check whether you are in the correct area (company/department), or if you can filter or sort the list.
5.0 Switching area (company/department), if applicable
If your organization uses several “areas” (for example different companies, departments or units), you sometimes need to switch area to see the correct project.
To switch area:
- Find the area selector (it is located in the same drop‑down menu as the project selector).
- Click the area selector to see the list of areas you have access to.
- Select the desired area from the list.
- The project list is now updated with the projects that belong to this area. Click the project you want to open.
Note! If you still cannot find the project, you most likely lack access. Please contact the project manager or administrator.
