Improvements:
It is now possible to copy metadata set up at room level into a word template
From before, it has been possible to define bookmarks for fields used in an active folder in a Word document and save this as a file template. We have now expanded this, so that it is now also possible to bookmark metadata defined on the room. More information on how this is done can be found here.
Metadata used in the filenaming rule or in entry ID is now visible in the folder on mouse-over
If you have used metadata on rooms in either the filenaming rule or in the entry ID, these will now be visible in the folder where they are used. To see metadata on rooms that are in use for the folder, you can drag the mouse pointer over the house icon to the right of "Subscribe" when you are inside the active folder:
Metadata used in the filenaming rule or in entry ID is now available in csv and pdf export
The metadata on a room that is used in either the filenaming rule or in entry ID will now be possible to export to csv or pdf. If you want this to be included in the export, you can select the option for "Room metadata used in this folder".
Dialog where confirmation is requested when revising an entry
As the buttons for "Revise" and "Edit" are very similar named in Norwegian ("Revider" and "Rediger"), users who click the button to revise will now be asked for confirmation that they want to revise before the entry(s) are revised (and the previous version sent to Historical).
It is now possible to turn on publishing to external folder from the publish step for a folder that is already in use
This has been improved so that you have the opportunity to expand the use of a folder that is already in use. Publishing to an external folder from the published step can be used if you have some documents that are only to be published internally and others that are to be published externally in addition.
