Interaxo Library – new overview of process templates in Administration

Administration in Interaxo Project now has a new menu item: Interaxo Library.
This gives Community Administrators a complete overview of Interaxo process templates in their Community.

What’s new?

As a Community Administrator you can now:

• see all Interaxo process templates in the Community, for example
  Change Order (EO), Change Request (KOE) and Technical Clarifications (TA)
• see whether a process template is active, and in how many workspaces
• hover over Status to see which workspaces are using the template
• click the template name (or choose View template usage) to see all processes in rooms that were created from the template, with a link directly into the room

What does this mean for you?

• Easier to get an overview of which process templates exist in the Community
• Better control of where standard processes such as EO, KOE and TA are used
• Easier follow‑up of processes across workspaces and rooms
