Easier navigation in Interaxo Model through new search
We have released a new feature that makes it even easier to quickly reach the correct location in the model.
You can now:
- Search directly by room name, or
- Select rooms from a suggested room list.
Once you have selected a room, we take you directly to that room in the model. This gives you fast and efficient navigation to the desired location.

New left menu and navigation in Admin
Admin in Interaxo Project now has a new left‑hand menu that mirrors the structure Community → Workspace → Room.
What has changed?
- Clear separation between Community, Workspace and Room
- Drop‑down “switchers” to change Community/Workspace/Room directly in the menu
- Clear highlighting of where you are, and an updated UI design
- Easier access to the relevant settings on each level
What does it mean for you?
- Faster to find the right place before you make changes
- Better overview and less risk of updating the wrong workspace or room

Delete members with status “Not accepted” in a Community
Community Administrators can now delete members who have the status Not accepted.
What’s new?
- New Delete action in the status view under Members on Community level
- Filter by status Not accepted, select one or more members, and delete them
- Double confirmation and clear messages about how many members were deleted
Important to know
- Only members with status Not accepted can be deleted in this first version.
Benefits
- Easier clean‑up of old invitations and incorrect users
- The member list better reflects who actually participates in the Community

New design for Workspace settings
The Workspace settings page in Admin has been redesigned to be clearer and easier to use. The functionality is the same as before.
What’s new?
- Clearer sections for workspace information, administrators and metadata
- Improved table view for administrators and metadata fields
- A Workspace details panel (created / last modified)
What does it mean for you?
- Faster overview and updates of key workspace settings
- Easier to see who administers the workspace and when it was last changed
- A more modern and consistent UI in Admin

Real-Time Co-Editing
We are now launching real-time co-editing (Co-edit) in Interaxo Project, allowing multiple users to edit the same document simultaneously without check-in/check-out. Changes are saved automatically, and new versions are created when an editing session ends. Version management and permissions work as before, including support for both major and minor versions. Co-edit supports Word, Excel and PowerPoint, among others, and enables more efficient and seamless collaboration directly within the project.
Use of Co-edit requires that the customer holds valid Microsoft licenses in accordance with Microsoft’s licensing terms. Read more about it here. Click here.
Locations in Interaxo Model
We are introducing Locations in Interaxo Model, allowing you to manage multiple parts of the same real-world project within a single workspace. Create locations (e.g. building, floor, zone), add disciplines, and upload/version IFC models per location. This provides clearer structure, faster navigation on web and mobile, and better performance by loading only what you need.
