Improvements

Search:

Some improvements have been made to the search to make it easier to find what you are looking for:

• A new search filter that allows users to limit the number of results by choosing the type of content they search in, such as files, entries, folders and comments. It is also possible to search for only the title and not the content of files and entries (the exception is if comments are selected, as these do not have a title).
• The number of results displayed has been increased from 50 to 100.
• The search term is now added to the search window so that users can more easily see what they have searched for.

It is now possible unsubscribe directly from your own user profile

Users will now be able to remove subscriptions directly from the overview within their own user profile in Interaxo Project. This saves time for users since they don't have to click on the link to navigate to the item first before they can unsubscribe for it. The subscription can now be removed by clicking on the eye next to the subscription which should be removed, and then confirming that the subscription can be removed in the window that appears.

Annotations made on files in our viewer will now appear in the entry log

If the file is attached to an entry, the creation, edit and deletion of annotations will now appear in the log in the entry.

Sharing from Interaxo Project

When sharing content from Interaxo Project, the name of the person sharing is now displayed as part of the sender's name, Name via Interaxo Project. In this way, it becomes easier to distinguish these share e-mails from other e-mails sent out from Interaxo Project.

Bug fixes

Administration:

• Fixed so that room names are displayed correctly if an & was added to the room name, and not displayed with "&" instead of &.
• Fixed so that a member who is added via a distribution group, but is already a member of the room, should be available for selection in custom access control. It is now possible to select all members from a distribution group in custom access control if they have a red globe icon next to their name. A red globe icon is displayed for members who are either added to the room before the distribution group is added and then have a different role or group than the distribution group, or members which have their role changed or is added to a room group.
