Nightly reports can now be selected per room

Previously, the only option for nightly reports was either for all rooms in the community or to not send any nightly reports for a community. We have now changed this, so that all users can select to receive nightly reports from selected rooms. You will find this setting under "Profile" -> "Nightly reports".

Bug fixes

Visual Boards:

• Fixed so that users are able to update a question card when the assigned group in "To" or "From" contains a space at the end of it's display name.

Copy of metadata to a word document:

• Fixed the issue with missing error message when the configuration of the word template with bookmarks was not correct. The error message is now displayed as it should be.

Search:

• Fixed smaller issues to the search to make it better:
  • When users enters more than one search term, the search results will show results that include all the search terms
  • Changed the default sorting to be Score descending
  • Also included number fields in the search field term
  • Fixed the issue when users clicked on the "Go back" link in search results from within a room, where an unwanted search was performed on the community level.

Active folders:

• Fixed the issue that occurred if a list field was marked as read only and mandatory, that made it impossible to import files to entries in folders with this setup.
• Fixed the issue that occurred when exporting entries to pdf if the files in the entries contained or had previously contained files with annotations. 
• Fixed the issue with special characters in comments, metadata or filename, that caused the export of entries to pdf to fail.

Administration:

• Fixed so that the warning message that appears if you try to import existing members to a room doesn't continue to appear after you have used the "Remove" button to remove these members from the list ("Some of the members you are trying to import already exist. If you choose to continue, their Role/Group information will be overwritten.").
• Fixed so that a Workspace Administrator that have one workspace only, by default see the workspace expanded with all the rooms in this workspace shown. For a Workspace Administrator or Community Administrator with more than one workspace, all workspaces will still be shown as collapsed by default.
