Bug fixes

Adminstration:

• Added an error message to administrators who try to create a room with the same url as a room that has been deleted. The error message will be the same as when you try to create a room that has the same url as a room that already exists and has not been deleted, "Unable to create room. A room with the same name already exists.".

Last activities:

• Fixed so that users who are only members of a room via a distribution group can see last activities in the room.
