Room metadata is now included when a template room is copied from one community to another community

This was previously only included when creating a room from a room template within the same community. We have improved this so that metadata on room level is included when a template room is copied over to another community as well. Copying a room template from one community to another is a job that must be done by Tribia support.

The ability to view files in the old file viewer has now been phased out

As mentioned in previous release notes, we have got a completely new file viewer. Until now, it has still been possible to open files in the old viewer when a user viewed a file, clicked "More options" and then selected "View in old viewer". This button and the old viewer have now been completely removed. See more info here on how to use the new file viewer.

Bug fixes

Active folders:

• Fixed the bug where users added to the room through a distribution group, where this distribution group was added to a room group that was used to give access to an active folder, were not selectable in member fields, could not be shared to or mentioned in comments in this active folder.
• Fixed the bug where the use of special characters in comments, files or metadata in an entry was displayed as html code when exporting to Excel.
• Fixed the bug where a Workspace Administrator, who was not a member of the room, would get a 0kb file when exporting entries from an active folder in the room.
• Fixed the bug that prevented users from exporting entries with files (occurred after a release and was fixed immediately).

Publishing:

• Fixed so that a user who has access to an external published folder, but not to the folder the external published folder is placed in, should not lose access to the workflow from which it is published.

File versioning:

• Fixed so that it is possible to show versions of a file, even if the user who created the file has been deleted.

Administration:

• Corrected so that the use of apostrophes in group names is not displayed with html code in Interaxo (also occurred when exporting metadata from active folders, which in turn could lead to problems when importing metadata).
• Fixed so that groups with "&" in the group name are displayed correctly in the member list.
• Fixed the bug where not all images in the instruction text of a room were saved if you added multiple images at once.
• Fixed the bug where distribution groups that were added to one or more room groups could not be removed from the room without removing them from the room group(s) first.
• Fixed so that Workspace administrators for one or more workspaces without rooms do not get a blank page when they open "Administration". This error only occurred if all workspaces for which you were an administrator were empty.
• Fixed the bug where duplicate users were created in a community for users who had changed their email address, if the user after changing their email address was invited to another room in the same community with their new email address.
