Improvements

All rooms in a community will now be listed for a Community Administrator

This will apply to all Community Administrators in Interaxo Project, who will see all rooms in the community under "My Rooms". Previously, only the rooms to which the Community Administrators had been added as a member were shown under "My Rooms", and to see other rooms in the community they had to open "Administration" and search for the room there. These will now be more easily accessible directly from "My Rooms", and will save a Community Administrator several clicks.

This also applies to our new room export API, where all rooms will be listed for a Community Administrator using ListRooms.

Bug fixes

Active folders:

• Added a more explanatory error message when uploading files to locked entries fails.
• Fixed the issue in active folders with workflow, where a notification was not sent out to members who were added to a member field for newly created entries, even if notification to members was enabled for the field.
• Fixed the issue where a notification was not always sent when a member was added as a responsible.
• Fixed the issue where creating new entries in active folders with automatic entry ID enabled would sometimes fail.
• Added error message before uploading files to users who upload files via drag-and-drop to a location they only have read-only rights to.
• Fixed so that fields selected as mandatory and set as "Revision comment" and "Publish comment" are shown as mandatory when users create and edit an entry.

Administration:

• Fixed so that a Workspace Administrator can move rooms between workspaces if this user is a Workspace Administrator in both workspaces.
