1.0 Login

1.1 If you are a new user

To use Interaxo Capture, you must first be invited. Contact your manager or partner if you do not have access.

1. You will receive an email with an invitation to Interaxo Capture.
2. In the email, click on the link to create a password.
3. The email address that received the invitation is your username. This is the email you must use when logging into the app.

Note! If you already have a user in another Interaxo product and have been added to a Capture project, you can log in with the same email address and password you usually use.

1.2 How to log in

1. Open the Interaxo Capture app.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter your password.
4. Tap Log in.
5. First, select area (for example, company/department/project group).
6. Then select workspace (the specific project you will work on).

Note! If you do not see the correct area or workspace, an administrator must invite you. Ask the project manager or the person responsible for Interaxo in your organization.

2.0 Switch project (workspace)

2.1 If you are logged in and want to switch to another project:

1. On the landing page (the main page in the app), tap the project name at the top of the screen.
2. You will now see a list of the projects (workspaces) you have access to.
3. Tap the project you want to switch to.

3.0 Switch area (for example, company or department)

3.1 If you want to switch to another area:

1. Tap the button with three horizontal lines at the top left (the menu button).
2. Select My areas in the menu that opens.
3. You will now see a list of areas you have access to.
4. Tap the area you want to go to.
5. Then select which workspace (project) you want to open in this area.

4.0 Reset password

You can easily reset your password if you have forgotten your current one.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click on "forgot password?".
3. Enter your email address. 
4. Click on "Request new password". Follow the steps in the email.

5.0 Log out

Log out by following these steps:

1. Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner.
2. Tap "log out" at the bottom of the side menu.
