This article is for those of you who are going to use Interaxo Capture for the first time and are wondering how to get access, get invited and log in – both in the app and on the web.
1. How do I get access to Interaxo Capture?
You cannot create a user yourself directly in Capture. Access is granted by:
- Project manager
- Administrator
- Or a colleague who is responsible for user administration
When you have been added to a project, you will receive an email invitation from Interaxo.
2. Email invitation and first‑time login
When you are invited as a new user:
- You receive an email with an invitation to Interaxo.
- Click the link in the email to create a password.
- The email address that received the invitation will be your username.
- Once the password is set, you can log in to both:
- Interaxo Capture app (mobile/tablet)
- Interaxo Capture web (web browser)
NOTE! If you already have a user in another Interaxo product (for example Interaxo Project) and have been added to a Capture project, you use the same email address and password as before.
3. Login in the app (short overview)
You can find a detailed guide in A1 – Login and main overview (Follow link – opens in new tab). In short:
- Install Interaxo Capture from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Open the app.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Select the correct space (company/department) and workspace (project).
Note! If you cannot find your project, you are probably missing access. Contact the project manager or administrator.
4. Login in the web (short overview)
You can find a detailed guide in W1 – Login and main overview (Follow link – opens in new tab). In short:
- Open your web browser and go to your company’s address for Interaxo Capture web.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Select the correct space (if you use multiple spaces).
- Find and open the project you will be working in from the project list.
Note! If your organization uses Single Sign‑On (SSO), you may be redirected to your company’s own login page. Then log in with your normal work credentials.
5. Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password:
- Go to the login page (in the app or web).
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address.
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive to set a new password.
The new password applies to both app and web.
6. Common problems and what you can do

I am not receiving the email with invitation or new password
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Check that the email address is entered correctly.
- Contact the project manager/administrator if the email still does not arrive.

I see no projects after logging in
- You are probably not added to any project.
- Contact the project manager or administrator.

I cannot log in with my work account (SSO)
- Try logging in with the same username/password that you use on your PC.
- If it still does not work, contact your IT department or your local Interaxo administrator.
