Project information

Top left: Where you see name of project, number of people connected to the project, Create date and update date. Here you also have the option to change the project name on the edit button. 

 

Model information

Left middle: By selecting Sunburst diagrams or text-based information, you can read out the number of objects in the project's active categories here.

 

Metadata

Down left: Under metadata, you can add your own project information. This metadata can be used in reports. Add a property under Name and give it a value.

"Project Reference" is a hard-coded metadata that can be used by the project's administrator to distinguish different projects on this property, e.g. for internal invoicing, etc.

 

Actions and Models

At the top you have two buttons Actions and Models.

Models:

Here you can create and edit the placeholders for different models in the project.

In this part of the dashboard is where you access the different functions and configurations for the project.

View data and edit

 

Data & 3D

See the data and edit and see 3D together with the data

 

Images

Upload/manage images in the project in general. Manage and create tags for images.

 

Parameter groups

Here is also an overview of which groups parameters are in. Parameter groups with a flag are configured with items. A parameter group where you have defined one of the parameters as leading parameter, you can create items. An item is a group of properties that are linked to the value in the leading parameter and can be linked to one or more objects.

Here are all the reports that have been created.

 

Room & REQ

Here you have an overview of the room description materials created in the project. Create new, edit.

 

Activities and logs

Changes in the Interaxo BIM Data is saved to a log automatically and shown under this part of the dashboard.

Sync	A log of when and what model has been synced by whom.
Activity	A log of changes in the project, creation and changes of parameters etc.
Data grid	Data grid logs contain information about when someone Recreates the Data grid in the project
