Use the search functionality to search inside the document.
Under the View Control settings, you can find the settings for adjusting the basic view of the document.
When using the viewer, you can annotate your document in different ways. Under "Annotate", "Shapes", "Insert" and "Fill and Sign" you can find different types of text, highlighting and symbols to use for you annotations.
Under "Annotations" you can see all the annotations done to the document.
Please note that these annotations are only visible in the viewer, and will NOT be added to the actual document.
If you want a file with these annotations included, you can use the functionality available under the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner, where you can use the "Download" button to get the file, including annotations, as a PDF, or use the "Print" button to get either a psychical print on paper or print to any digital format supported by your computer. Be aware that both these options simply generate a "print" of the file, and are not meant for generating new versions of the actual document, but rather a "preview" of the document including any annotations.
Notify other users about annotations
You can use the Share feature or tag another user in an Interaxo comment to notify him/her of any important new annotations. They are also visible under the "Last activities" tab and in the nightly email reports.
