All changes med to entries in active folders are logged: by whom and when an entry is created, by whom and when files are added etc. The following actions will be logged:

• Creation, modification and deletion of entries
• Moving entries between steps
• Creation, modification and deletion of file attachments 
• Creation, modification and deletion of public comments
  Note: Internal comment operations are not logged.
• Sharing of the entries
• Sharing of files
