Drawings and files all reside under one subproject. All users with access to the subproject will also have access the all drawings and files added to the Sub-project.

Drawings

Use drag and drop or menu to add PDFs that is used for giving registrations a location placement, and as building documentation, either one by one, or add whole folders.

Revisions

All PDF-drawings get a revision number, starting on A for the first revision. You can at any time rename the revision number within the drawing list.

Scale and symbol size

In order to get correct measures and suitable symbol sizes in the app:

• Adjust for single PDFs under the subtab "PDF" of the main "Drawing" tab.
• Set standard scale and symbol size go to:
  • Project Settings
  • General -> PDF settings

Documents

Add other documentation that is not used giving registrations a location, such as HMS documents and more.

Versions

Alle files within Documents get a version number that is automatically updated. You can at any time look at, or download, the previous versions of the file.

App

The files gets available in the app for anyone with access to the subproject. In the App Home Page you can expose important messages and at the same time link to documents added to the subproject.
