This article will show you how to work with reports. Follow the links below to get an introduction to the different ways.
Reports can be found in various places in the solution. You can find them in the following places:

Registrations
- History tab - Single registrations.
- Editing window + history tab - in checklists.

Report tab
- Project reports (shows the status of the entire project)
- Subproject reports (shows the status of the subproject)
We also have the option of sending reports from IX Field to IX Project. This can be done in the following ways: (Note! These functionalities need additional setup to be used. Contact support or your customer advisor to set it up.)
How to download from a registration?
This is the procedure for downloading a report from the history tab: (Simple registrations/checklists)
- Log in to your project in IX Field Web.
- Navigate to the overview of "Registration".

Find the desired registration and press the edit button (
- icon).

Tap on history - tab at the top left of the registration. (
)
- To the right of the title field, you can press the PDF icon to download the report.
- The report is now downloaded locally on your computer.
This is the procedure for downloading a report from the editing window: (checklists)
- Log in to your project in IX Field Web.
- Navigate to the overview of "Checklists".

Find the desired checklist and press the edit button (
- icon).
- To the left of the "save checklist" button, you can download a Docx file.
- The report is now downloaded locally to your computer for further processing.
How to download from report tab?
The reports can either be xlsx or docx depending on the purpose.
- Log in to your project in IX Field Web.
- Navigate to the "report - tab" in the left menu.

The reports you first get are reports that compile everything across all folders.

Under Actions tab, tap
- icon to download report.

Choose either:
- Adding a filter (see below for how to set this up)
- Do not add any filter to this group (all registrations are downloaded)

Select a specific folder to load content from a specific area.

How to create a file group for reports?
Filter groups are created under the "registrations" and "checklists" tabs. It can be set up as follows:
- Go to the "Registrations" or "Checklists" tab.
- Make the filters you want to show in the list view. This is done via the title fields for each column.
- Press the "Save filters" button above the list view.
- Give the filter group a relevant name. (e.g. Open - inspection issues)
- The filter group is now saved and can be used in reports.
How to check which filter groups are available?
In saved filters on the right above the list view shows which filter groups have previously been created. These are the same filter groups that can be used in report generation.
How to send a report from IX Field to IX Project?
The procedure to send directly from the IX Field app:
This must be set up correctly to work. As a customer, you must also have an agreement with both IX Field and IX Project. Contact your advisor or support to set this up.
The purpose of this functionality is to directly archive signed reports after a completed checklist or inspection. The procedure is as follows:
- Complete a checklist or an inspection (e.g. safety round or handover)
- Tap "Sign - report".
- Sign the report by tapping the "+ icon". Place your signature on the report.

Tap the "save - button" at the top right when everyone has signed.
(It is this step that sends a copy of the report to IX Project)
The process of signing the report can be repeated and will be entered as a new revision in the IX Project.
The procedure for sending directly from IX Field Web:
This must be set up correctly to work. As a customer, you must also have an agreement with both IX Field and IX Project. Contact your advisor or support to set this up.
The purpose of this functionality is to send over issues (quality) that need further documentation or as a basis for a change/deviation management.
- Create an issue outside the construction site.
- Log in to IX Field Web and find your way back to the desired registration.

Find the desired registration on IX Field Web and press the edit button (
- icon).
- To the left of the "save" button there will be a button that says "Create Deviation".
- Confirm that it is sent to IX Project by pressing "Yes, close issue and create deviation".
- The deficiency is now forwarded to the IX Project and processed further there.
In addition to a copy of the report, also send over:
- Information from project-selected parameters.
- Pictures.
- Drawing as PDF.
- Image with location of lack of drawing.
- Comments related to the deviation.
