In this article, you will learn, among other things, how to:
- Use the tabs to sort between Registrations and Inspections.
- Use the search field to find registrations by entering the title or part of the title.
- Understand that the newest or most recently modified registrations appear at the top of the list.
- Image is the location in the model, title is the description, which registration type it comes from and date/time is when it was created.
- Open a registration by tapping the row to read or edit the content.
On this page you get an overview of all registrations and inspections in the app. Here you can find previous registrations, filter between registrations and inspections, search for a specific registration and open a registration to read or edit its content. This makes it easier to keep track of the work that has been done and quickly return to registrations that need to be followed up or updated.

1.0 Purpose
The purpose of the list is to display all registrations and inspections that have been created in the project. Here you can find previous registrations, filter between registrations and inspections, search for a specific registration and open a registration to view or edit its content.
2.0 Registrations and Inspections
At the top of the page you can choose between two tabs:
- Registrations – shows all completed registrations.
- Inspections – shows all completed inspections.
Tap the desired tab to change the view. The content of the list below is updated automatically.
3.0 Search for registrations
In the middle of the page you will find a search field.
- Tap the field and type the title of the registration you want to find.
- Title = The description of the registration.
- The list below is filtered as you type, so that only results matching your search are shown.
- Clear the search field to show all registrations/inspections again by tapping the
in the search field.
Tip! Use the search when the list is long, or when you know the title of the registration you are looking for.
4.0 Understand the list view
Each row in the list is one registration or inspection. For each row the following is shown:
- An image showing the registration’s location in the model.
- The title (bold text) of the registration, which is the description of the observation.
- Which registration type it belongs to (Documentation).
- Date and time when the registration was created.
This information helps you distinguish between similar registrations and find the correct version.
Note! By default, the list view is sorted so that the newest / last edited registrations are shown at the top of the list.
5.0 Open and continue working with a registration
When you have found the registration in the list:
- Tap the row once.
- You are taken into the registration itself, where you can:
- Read all information
- Add or change content (if you have access)

Tip! If you do not want to use the model directly, use this page as your starting point whenever you need to retrieve previous work, check what has been done, or continue with an ongoing registration or inspection.
6.0 Tips for use
- Write the most important information first so that it appears in the list view. This makes it easier to find it again in the list.
- The date/time makes it easy to identify the correct registration if you have several registrations with similar names.
- If the list becomes long, use the search field consistently to save time.
